Employees 

In 2010, Reka had 54 monthly paid employees at its head office in Berne as well as 39 part-time employees paid on an hourly basis, including 27 in the Reka Payment Instruments production department. In addition, Reka provided training for four commercial apprentices and a trainee. This is equivalent to a total of 77,4 full-time positions (2009: 79,4).

In its holiday villages, Reka had 45 monthly paid employees, equivalent to 25,8 full-time positions. A total of 413 persons were responsible for cleaning in all the holiday facilities, while 42 seasonal staff were employed to look after leisure activities.

In 2010, Reka employed a total of 598 persons. In terms of full-time equivalents, this was equal to 152,6 positions (2009: 147,6).
