Organisations or persons engaged in a business capacity in Switzerland and with close ties to Reka may apply in writing for membership of the cooperative:

• Employee organisations and affiliates;
• Employers, employer organisations and affiliates;
• Organisations and institutions in the transport and tourism sector;
• Other legal entities;
• Natural persons.

Membership ceases:

• on resignation;
• on exclusion;
• on death;
• on dissolution in the case of companies or organisations.

On termination of membership, members are not entitled to Reka assets or to repayment of shares.



Financial

The cooperative's share capital is unlimited. Each new member of the cooperative is required to purchase a minimum of one share. The value of a share is CHF 1,000.
The shares are issued in the name of the cooperative member. They are non-transferable and non-interest-bearing.

Next Annual General Meeting

The next Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 19 April 2012, in the Casino Montreux.
