Public transport
Reka money is accepted as payment (up to an unlimited amount) for all public transport travel tickets and services (also accepted by ticket machines). This is with the exception of season tickets on certain regional transport networks (e.g. TNW-Nordwestschweiz) and city transport companies.

Cable railways and ski lifts All listed funicular railways, cablecars, chairlifts and ski lifts accept Reka money as payment for all tickets and railcards up to CHF 1,000 per person.

Hotels/restaurants
All catering services provided by the listed hotels, restaurants, station buffets and restaurants on boats, as well as the restaurant cars of elvetino ag, can be paid for using Reka money. Not included are events such as group, club or family banquets. Reka money can also be used for purchases from railbars on trains. Please note that the hotels affiliated to the Swiss hotelleriesuisse association are broken down into different categories (5-star = luxury hotel, 1-star = basic hotel). Other categories: Unikathotel, Apparthotel, Landgasthof, Berggasthaus and Low-Service-Beherbergung (hostels).

Camp sites, youth hostels, Naturfreundehäuser (accommodation for nature lovers), ski and holiday homes for groups Rentals (excluding long-term rentals) on all listed campsites as well as overnight stays in Swiss youth hostels, "Naturfreundehäuser" and other ski and holiday homes for groups can be paid for using Reka money. Holiday apartments
Reka money can be used to pay for holiday apartments booked through Reka holidays.

Travel agencies
The travel agencies listed accept Reka money as payment for package holidays. Acceptance is limited to 50% of the package price, up to a maximum of CHF 500 per person and trip. Individually booked services such as flight, train, boat tickets or hotel accommodation cannot be paid for using Reka money.

Coach companies
All tourism-related services offered by the listed coach operators (excluding special trips on demand) can be paid for using Reka-Checks. For coach trips with at least one overnight stay, acceptance is limited to 50% of the package price, up to a maximum of CHF 500 per person and trip.

Car rental / taxis
Reka money is also accepted as payment for car rentals and journeys by taxi. |

Sport and leisure
The extensive range of offerings that can be paid for using Reka money covers: winter sports schools, spas, open-air pools, indoor pools, ice rinks, tennis courts, museums, zoos, fitness centres, football and ice-hockey games, etc. Reka money is also accepted by the following circuses: Circus Balloni, Harlekin, Knie, Monti and Nock. Reka-Checks and Reka-Card can also be used for the rental of sports equipment from "swissrent a sport" and other outlets.

Air travel
Reka payment instruments are also accepted by various companies that offer sight-seeing trips by air. These are listed under "Sport, Leisure".

AVIA and BP outlets As well as for the above-listed services, most Reka-Checks and the Reka-Card are also valid for cash-transaction purchases of petrol at all AVIA and BP outlets.

Change from Reka-Checks
In the case of public transport services, change is given – if available – in Reka-Checks and in cash up to CHF 5 or CHF 10. In the case of the other acceptance partners, no change is given, i.e. any remaining amounts must be paid in cash. In the case of the Reka-Card, the amount is billed to the exact franc and cent. |
