Flat Description

All holiday accommodation is described in detail. Features that are a matter of course are not mentioned, such as equipped kitchen area with crockery and refrigerator or e.g. central heating. Special equipment such as dishwasher, telephone, radio, TV, etc., are mentioned if present in the flat.

Accommodation Categories

Reka Holidays’ holiday homes are labelled with 1 to 4 stars in compliance with Swiss Tourism Association (STV) requirements.

* Flat with simple, practical furnishings
** Flat with good furnishings for average requirements
*** Flat with comfortable furnishings (incl. all Reka Holiday Villages)
**** Flat with modern furnishings in mint condition to meet demanding requirements

The Reka holiday home surface area stipulated includes the total area, including bathroom, WC, kitchen but not incl. balcony or seating area.

Children’s Beds

Children’s beds are not counted in the number of beds available and are generally included in the rent. Where children’s beds must be pre-booked and paid extra, this is stipulated in the flat description.


Bed and kitchen linen is given to Reka guests on arrival. As a rule, you must bring your own bath towels. Exceptions are listed.

Clear Rental Rates

Prices are quoted as a rule per week and per flat. The flat numbers and ‘type’ will serve as guidance. The Reka reserves the express right to change descriptions and published prices.

Additional Costs

A processing fee of CHF 50.– is charged for each booking. This must be paid within 10 days. Further extra costs (e.g. final cleaning, visitor’s tax, etc.) must be paid on the spot and are stipulated in the lease contract.

Holidays outside Switzerland

ID cards/Passports

For travel to Germany, Austria, Croatia, Italy, France and Spain, Swiss citizens need a valid ID card or a passport which is a maximum of 5 years out-of-date. Further information on
