How does payment with Reka-Rail+ work?
Reka-Rail+ credit is issued to staff members either loaded on the practical Reka-Card on a recurring basis (i.e. annually) or as a bonus in the form of a Reka-Rail+ Gift Card. The prepaid cards can then be used all over Switzerland in various areas of sustainable mobility.
How can my employees access an overview of Reka-Rail+?
All staff members with Reka-Rail+ credit on the Reka-Card have an individual login to the Reka customer portal. The balance and expiry date of the Reka-Rail+ Gift Card can be checked using the QR code on the back of the card or the customer portal. The Reka customer portal can either be accessed using the website or via the Reka web app. We recommend that your staff members install the Reka web app on their smartphones. This way, one click is all it takes for them to find acceptance points in the vicinity or to check their balance and transactions online.
How long is Reka-Rail+ credit valid?
There is no expiry date for Reka-Card credit. This also applies for Reka-Rail+ credit on the Reka-Card.
The Reka-Rail+ Gift Card is valid for three years from issue date.
How much effort is involved for us as employers if we want to give our staff Reka-Rail+?
The Reka-Rail+ Gift Card can be directly ordered on our website at all times. The process for issue of Reka-Rail+ as a recurring fringe benefit is largely automatic.
